female Executive Assistant/Secretary required to work closely with COO helping to manage, organize the day and free up the time by providing administrative support, briefing, usually on a one-to-one basis and coordinating other departments.
Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries where appropriate
Making appointments and planning the director's diary
Organizing and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuring the director is well-prepared for meetings
Replying to emails, fax and posts
Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
Assisting with projects the director would be working on by researching or writing reports
Organizing and maintaining office systems
Standing in for the director in their absence
Well dressed and presentable
Must be able to converse in English. Additional language fluency is a plus
Must be confident, good looking and cheerful
Dress according to occasions
Willing to travel and stay abroad with the Director on business trips
Computer literate. MS Office will be an advantage
Qualification- High school/Secondary/Graduate

Willing to travel international(20-25%)
