Female Medical Receptionist/ Secretary/ Admin Staff
With pleasing personality
- Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
- Maintain hard copy patient records
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, follow up and confirmed appointment in timely manner
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
- Answer all patients call and inquires
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and complete with necessary supplies
- Computer literacy in basic applications like email, Microsoft Office and Excel Sheet is a must
- Extremely organized and fast learner

The ideal candidate should have college graduate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require customer service, medical, direct, caller, insurance, forms, office, policies, payments, support, front desk, neat, presentable, basic, email, microsoft, excel sheet mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
