Description

Our Real Estate company is looking for an Admin cum Receptionist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate for Admin cum Receptionist will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

-Handle and coordinate clients
-Schedule and confirm meetings
-Ensure file organization based on office protocol
-Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
-Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
-Distributing mail, faxes and packages to the appropriate parties.
-Preparing tenancy contracts and addendum
-Filling documents and maintaining data bases
-Receipt and Payment Voucher preparation
-Sending renewal notice to Tenants
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
-Philippine Nationality

Salary range: depends on the experience
