Providing the form to gather questions to be answered during webinar
Pre-webinar sound/video check – Be sure that your attendees can hear/see you
Facilitating questions asked before and during the webinar
Moderating chat during the webinar
Linking to various websites during the webinar in chat
Watching public/private Facebook pages or groups for those that are having technical problems
Post-webinar recording to a members-only website page
Job Specification
Help desk (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Webinar Assistants (Freshers / Interners) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require page, setup, auto, check, chat, facebook, technical, recording, website mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
