Holford is hiring Training and Development Officer, UAE- Male

ONLY MALE CAN APPLY

Skills & Qualifications required: -

• Must have a degree in Human Resource

• Must have at least 2-3 years of HR Training and Development experience in UAE

• Must have on hands experience in facilitating trainings, delivering trainings and creating training materials

• Excellent command in Microsoft office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

• Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual

• Create and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options

• Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees

• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback

• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

Other terms in the contract: -

• Must present in UAE

• With valid UAE driving license

• Can join immediately

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
