Description

• 1 year minimum experience in the same machine TRUBEND , TRULASER & TRUPUNCH

• Responsible for programming Trutops and proper fixtures.

• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.

• Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.

• Establish proper stop location, adjust Trulaser / Trupunch /Trubend beam focal point

• Perform prescribed maintenance as required.

• Perform all dimensional inspections.

• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

• With training in general safety, foreign damage, awareness and quality system awareness.

• May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs required

• Can work under pressure

• Honest and Hardworking

METAL FORMS FZ LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of CNC Trutops Programmer & Operator in the field of Manufacturing in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma for cnc programmer with operator experience qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require cnc machine programmer ( software trutops), machine operator, maintenance, production, safety, quality mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
