10-Years’ experience in career development and training. Able to create career development processes and training programs/Individual Development Programmes (IDPs). Performance Management Processes (PMP) and other initiatives on the recommendation of Department Manager for the designated employees within competency framework requirements of the Company to facilitate employee career development.
Work Location: Abu Dhabi Office
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week
Duration: Temporary Assignment for 3-6 months
