Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience in Servicing, repairing, and maintaining Standard, Split, Duct, Package AC systems, and chiller units.
• Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and electrical systems of chiller units
• Perform and supervise the HVAC PPMS, Diagnose Problems, prepare inspection and service reports
• Experience in Installation of HVAC systems and experience in the AC duct
• Experience in HVAC controls adjustment to optimize efficiency and performance.

• Conduct inspection survey of the AC cleaning and Inspection
• Ensure the team, material, consumables, and equipment are organized prior to a visit
• Supervise the furniture, equipment at the client are covered with safety protections thin and safe and secure start of the job
• Ensure the team is delegated and assigned with the task to complete the project within the timelines
• Remove and clean the AC Grills, Evaporators, Drainage tray, and blowers as per the protocols, disinfect and re-fix in the AC system
• Clean the AC duct with Duct cleaning equipment and vacuum the Dust
• Capable of handling AC cleaning and disinfection related machinery, maintenance and training and guiding the team to use the machines.
• Sound knowledge of various techniques of AC cleaning and disinfection sanitizers, methodology, and technical knowledge of the disinfection process.
• Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of the HVAC system take place as per the operating procedure of the company and maintain the quality of work
• Ensure all furniture and equipment are placed at the original place safely after the disinfection process is over
• Ensure the AC system and cooling is restored after the clearing and disinfection process
• Identify the HVAC and Duct related installation and troubleshooting issues.
• Supervise the fogging in the property as per the disinfection protocols
• Supervise the work quality of the team and adherence to the protocols.
• Ensure Equipment and materials are safely kept and maintained.  
• Experience in using CAFM and technical applications
