Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Foster a collaborative and result-oriented team environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with management to align team objectives with the company’s business goals.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Promote IRHA's services, ensuring our solutions align with client needs.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Analyze sales data to track team performance and generate insightful reports.
Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Specification

Shiju Gopal (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Team Lead - Sales in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have any graduate qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require business development, team development, sales, sales target, sales strategy mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
