Description

•Establish and maintain best standards in Drilling Supply activities as per company defined process and Work efficiently to minimize operational costs and maintain high standards of service.

•Key activities including working with the Supply Management Team to develop, implement improvements to organizational planning, policies and operational systems; Diversify funding sources to improve business sustainability; Implement Island Supply Logistics team structure that better equips the to achieve the goals and aspirations of the Strategic Plan of company. Multi-tasking role in a collaborative team environment.
•Guides, directs, trains and motivates the Team members to work to their best potential and perform effectively together as a team. Work in line with Company HSE Policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.
•Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Drilling operations, Logistics & Supply Chain.
•Familiar & knowledgeable with all drilling related & testing related equipment and materials
•Fluent in oral and written English
•Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

RAWAFED RECRUITMENT LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Supply Specialist in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have completion of higher diploma education, plus 3 years formal training in mechanical trades qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require diploma, education, training, mechanical, standards, drilling, supply, activities, company, process, service, management, team, planning, policies, funding, business, sustainability, logistics, environment, line, awareness, compliance, regulations, operations, supply chain mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
