Position: Social Media Content Creation Specialist
Location: Business Bay,Dubai
Salary: 5000AED to 7000AED per Month

About the Position:
We are seeking a creative and energetic individual to join our dynamic team as a Social Media Content Creation Specialist. You will be responsible for building a strong brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.


Responsibilities:

Develop diverse forms of content, including graphics, photos, videos, and text tailored to various social media platforms.
Manage the content publishing schedule on social media platforms, ensuring regularity and diversity.
Develop a content marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and current industry trends.
Monitor campaign effectiveness using data analysis tools and adjust strategies based on results.
Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, questions, and creating interactive discussions.
Monitor and analyze current social trends, adjusting strategies to evolving user preferences.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, recruitment, and customer service to integrate social media content with the overall company strategy.
Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase company visibility.
Regularly report campaign results, analyze effectiveness, and provide suggestions for improvement.
Monitor and adjust strategies in response to potential changes in social media platform algorithms to maintain or increase reach.

Requirements:
Experience in content creation for social media.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication skills and a charismatic personality.
Passion for travel, and understanding of the immigration environment is an additional advantage.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 7k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
