Responsibilities for Social Media Manager
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Ticktok, adapting content to suit different channels
Knowledge of Hashtags & media planning.
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels organically.
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Develop, launch new car brands and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Qualifications for Social Media Manager
3-5 years of social media management experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager is a MUST.
Hands on experience in content management.
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to work in a team with designers & Influencers to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
