Description

Immediate joiners are required.

• Monitor the financial information system to ensure that timely and accurate information is provided for managerial decision making.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Reconciliation of the payables with the suppliers’ statements.
• Sound knowledge about bank reconciliation
• Good knowledge of vendor management
• Ensure vendor invoices and payment requests are reviewed and paid in accordance with authorization and approval policies
• Prepare and monitor cash flow projections and associated records to determine the optimum use of funds or the need to raise additional revenue.
• Provide full accounting services, including the preparation of estimates, budgetary control and final accounts for a cost centre
• Process the reimbursement for multiple offices. Back-office accounting system update on daily basis with accuracy.
• Experience with E-commerce background would be at advantage.
• Prepare monthly trading accounts, Profit and Loss, balance sheet for cost centre activities to ensure that financial targets are met and to assess the need for any remedial action.
• Develop and maintain all other necessary controls and processes to ensure that legal and financial requirements and regulations are complied with.
• Prepare statistical returns and financial analysis on a range of topics for internal and external use.
• Oversee the administration of any loans and repayments, including maintaining liaison with lenders.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Min 5 years Proven experience as a Sr Accountant
• Extensive knowledge of reconciliation and other methods of resolving account discrepancies.
• Excellent organizing abilities & skills.
• Great attention to details.
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.· Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required· BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
