Job Key Details
Plan and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Carry out administrative and secretarial duties in the office efficiently.
Draft reports, memos letters and other documents as required
Keep an up to the date filing system in the office
Manage telephone calls and appointments
Respond to standard office procedures such as attending to visitors, appointments, processing correspondences and ordering supplies
Offer administrative support to during board meetings
Assist in drafting tender documents as per the set requirements
Maintain security of office equipment and documents
Job Qualifications and Experience
Practical experience in the same position required
Excellent communication and organizing skills
Should be presentable with a positive attitude
Must have good computer knowledge and a good typing speed
Excellent planning and time management skills
