Role Description

This is a full-time job as a Sales Support Executive located in Ajman Free Zone. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to managing sales data, generating reports, coordinating and preparing quotes / proposals, and communicating with clients / suppliers. Comprehensive lists to organize for customers and suppliers is the main objective and to send promotional emails and news letters on regular basis. Must have excellent knowledge of emails handling and emails communications. Candidate has to search data on internet to find customers and also have experience to use social media applications to create various accounts and promote our company products.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in sales support or customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset

Experience in the security or defense industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
