Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven sales professionals skilled in Air Freight business to onboard new customers, grow key accounts, and drive profitable logistics business across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for Air Freight services
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Promote customized air freight and logistics solutions
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term retention
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across logistics services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 5+years experience in Air Freight sales / Freight Forwarding industry
- Proven track record in onboarding new customers and business development
- Strong knowledge of import/export and air cargo operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven with strong commercial acumen

The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, logistics, or related field qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require business acumen, sales, air freight, new business, customer service, pricing, proposals, commercial, upselling, freight forwarding, onboarding, business development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
