- Lead, coach and develop the key account team to achieve maximum performance and meet
- Current and future business targets and challenges with all Modern trade Customers in GCC.
- Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
- Create P&L for the Assigned Customers.
- Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account.
- Making strategies against the competitors for re-gain in market shares and control out of stock
- Optimize total profitability and sales growth within the current and future key account market,
- Overall sales and profit responsibility for Key Accounts.
- Develop customers relation at all levels and provide the best service at their need.
- Maximize distribution and visibility of the full product range.
- Provide input to marketing department on consumer promotion plans.
