Position : Sales & Design Engineer – Solar

Location : Deira, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify Roof Top solar energy opportunities within UAE

• Business planning

• BD meetings & Client presentations

• Concept design for Roof top solar plants

• Estimation & cost proposals

• Work on entire tender process

• Active participation in Commercial & technical evaluation and negotiation process

• Work closely with consultants, authorities for the same.

• Engineering & execution support in Detailed design and engineering inputs and Testing & commissioning activities

Job Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or, renewable energy) from a reputed institution.

• Certification related to Solar (from a recognized Govt. or private certifying body/s Example : DEWA / DM Certified) preferred.

• Knowledgeable in Photovoltaic systems, Off grid, On grid and Hybrid Solar systems.

• Must have minimum of 3-5 years of total country-specific work experience, of which, more than 2 years in to Sales Dept. of Solar/Renewable Energy.

• Proven experience in business development in the field of solar performance contracting in UAE.

• Familiar with solar energy regulations in UAE

• Familiar with utility requirement for grid connected solar systems
