Job Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 6000 – 8000
Industry/sector – Retail (Furnishing & Décor’)

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Marketing and/or Communications
• Preferred – Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, a related fine arts field.
• 4+ years of experience in communications/marketing, responsible for developing print / In-store (POS) materials
• Must have UAE experience in Furniture Retail / FMCG industry.
• Must have working knowledge of marketing concepts in a retail environment, including brand management, channel management, and communication strategies.
• Understanding of signage design, development, production, and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Job Role:
• Plan, develop and manage all in-store communication materials in order to create an optimal customer journey (without designing the materials)
• Responsible for communications distributed to the stores, evaluating feasibility and accuracy of content, timing, and recommending changes to achieve intended results.
• Support the development of the Retail Communications Strategy and communicate key messages in a creative, easy to understand and engaging way.
• Develop design concepts to support the store organization, including: meeting/conference collateral, training programs, brand standards, and leadership presentations.
• Deal with new programs to easily enhance company-wide communication therefore, you will need to be opened to feedback and translate these ideas into actionable steps to consistently deliver results.
• Develop and maintain Intranet pages to support company initiatives and operations.
• Draft, edit, evaluate, and monitor communication e-mails, newsletters, announcements, sales and promotional packs as well communications from senior managers and the Leadership team.
• Analyze and track surveys and reports accordingly in order to adjust content to maintain the appropriate perception and reputation.
