Description

server responsibilities are

Greet and take customers to their tables

Present menu and provide detailed information regarding food, portions, ingredients, etc.

Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses

Inform customers about the day’s specials

Take the food/beverages orders

Communicate order details with the Kitchen Staff

Serve food and drink orders

Make sure to check the dishes for cleanliness and report any problems to the manager

Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

communicate with the cashier for bill preparation

Carry dirty plates, spoons and glasses to the kitchen for cleaning

Follow all relevant health department regulations

Provide excellent customer service to guests
