Description

• Responsible for general office coordination and support of the Restaurant team FOH & BOH

• Enforce and monitor that all operational standards, as per our policies, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times

• To create Restaurant marketing collateral and business-related events as required

• Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports, guest comment cards and guest incident reports, and formulate action plans accordingly

• To coordinate and update the internal communication to all colleagues and to handle all other internal correspondence within the Restaurant

• Assist with monthly F&B inventories in the Restaurant

• To update weekly F&B recaps and send to the Operations Manager

• To send out monthly and quarterly revenue reports

• Conduct quarterly competitive set analysis for F&B Outlets

• Maintain solid records of all Annual Leave and Public Holiday clearance and assure none are accumulated within the outlet

• To undertake other duties that may be required

Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have degree in hotel / business management qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require communication, presentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 6k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
