- At least 1-2 years of experience of working in Dubai based company, in office environment.
- Good verbal, written & typing skills- Email's, Telephone conversations.
- Ability for client follow up, responding to client enquirers and passing & coordinating these.
- Managing day to day activities of office, keeping records, files updated, keeping supply of office stationary etc.
- Welcoming the guests & visitors, provide refreshments to them and other staffs.
- Any other task that may be assigned time to time.
- Basic knowledge of Accountancy & VAT would be preferred.
