URGENTLY NEEDED REAL ESTATE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR WITH UAE DRIVE LICENSE & OWN CAR 

A prestigious Group of Companies is seeking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator for their Real Estate Division. 

Candidate should have more than Two years exposure to the UAE Real Estate Market. He should have UAE Driving License + Own Car and knowledgeable of the UAE Whereabouts.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate with Good English Command

- Experience in UAE Real Estate

- Having A good Network in the Real Estate

- Having good knowledge in Maintenance tasks such as Plumbing, Electrical Work, Painting and all other related work activities.

- Able to communicate with executives as well as the work force in company.

- Candidate should be able to handle the labour matters with good coordination skills

Company Benefits:

- Salary: From AED 6000 to AED 8000 / commensurate with experience

- Other Allowance: Petrol / Car Allowance + Phone Allowance

- Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
