Description

Looking for Real Estate Admin Secretary with 2 to 3 years of Real Estate experience in UAE. 

Responsibilities
    • Preparing real estate forms and documents.
    • Answer all external calls and forward to the relevant agents.
    • Dealing with email & walk-in client inquiries.
    • Drafting real estate contracts and agreements.
    • Managing a client database and preparing reports.
    • Must be a team player and is confident to talk with clients.
    • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.
    • Should have a good understanding of UAE Real Estate Market.
      
Requirement
· Must be having at least 2-3 years of experience as an admin in Real Estate, NOC and other related documentation.
· Must have excellent knowledge in CRM software’s like propertyfinder, dubizzle, Propspace.
· Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize the work using tools, like Google Drive, MS Office Tools like, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and office equipment.
· Strong knowledge of social media marketing.
· Able to perform telemarketing and telesales.
· Professional and presentable with customer service skills.
· Telemarketing skills required
· Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude.
· Excellent verbal, reading and written English skills.
. Having HR skills is an added advantage.
. Fluent in English and Arabic.
