Description

Responsibility:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for civil and building works.
• Analyze tender documents and identify scope gaps and risks.
• Monitor project budgets and track cost variations.
• Prepare interim payment applications and valuations.
• Evaluate subcontractor payment certificates.
• Monitor material procurement costs and labor expenses.
• Review and interpret contract conditions.
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
• Prepare and negotiate variation submissions.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
