Dourado Auto Cars, a reputable automotive company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control professional in our Car Garage department. If you have a strong eye for detail, possess excellent technical knowledge of automobiles, and are committed to ensuring the highest quality of service, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with established standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect vehicles at various stages of repair, including before and after repairs, and perform necessary tests to identify any issues or deficiencies.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess the performance and functionality of vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to address quality concerns and provide guidance on necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, including findings, recommendations, and actions taken.
- Identify and analyze patterns or trends in quality control data and implement appropriate measures to improve overall quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and industry standards to ensure effective quality control practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a car garage or automotive repair facility, with a focus on quality control.
- Solid understanding of automotive mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including the use of diagnostic software.
