Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, media partners, and event sponsors.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

- Develop event budgets, manage expenses, and ensure effective event planning.

- Coordinate with media outlets and manage media relations during events.

- Monitor event outcomes and provide post-event reports and analysis.

- Manage event logistics and promotional materials.

- Drive exhibition sales by identifying potential clients, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the exhibitions.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require media, events, internal, execution, expenses, event planning, media relations, monitor, analysis, logistics, promotional, materials, sales, proposals, contracts, closing, revenue, exhibitions mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 4k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
