Since our inception in 1989, Ray Fit Out has been in the business of designing, installing, and maintaining the Interior and Exterior works. Whether Homes both modern and traditional, Hospitals, Hotels, Shopping malls or Retail outlets, and Reception halls, Ray Fit Out’s comprehensive consultancy work includes the details for Interior construction, Including Ceiling, Flooring, Partition, Furniture layout & Lighting.

Responsibilities:

 Sales and business development activities to the top fit-out and architecture consultants

 Track & procure projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and/or contractor.

 Utilize an existing network and contacts to generate inquiries as well as opportunities for proposals and tenders.

 Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.

 Responsible for achieving sales targets on a monthly basis.

 Determine and define project scope and objectives

 Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

 Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements

 Track project costs in order to meet budget

 Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

 Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

 Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

 Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

 Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

 Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget

 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

 Ensure resource availability and allocation

 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

 Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

 Report and escalate to management as needed

 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

 Perform risk management to minimize project risks

 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

 Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

 Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

 Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

 Use and continually develop leadership skills

 Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

 Perform other related duties as assigned

 Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements

 Strong proven relationship background in F&B, Health, real estate industry.

 Previous experience in the fit-out and interior market place in the UAE.

 Proven network in the sector, especially with the Consultants.

 Self-motivated, self-starter, results-driven professional.

 Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred

 Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the Business growth plan of the company.

 Establish market penetration to procure Fit Out and refurbishment jobs in the UAE, especially in the retail sector as appropriate and generate opportunities through contacts, networking associations especially with the lease management team.

 Liaise with the execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.

 Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and senior management.

 Conduct regular meetings with the lease management team based in the shopping malls in order to maintain and build up a database regarding prospective clients mainly looking for a fit-out or refurbishment job requirement.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
