Job description

•  Can speak, write and understand Chinese and English language

• To Track and monitor the project progress/ status to the management

• To serve as a point of contact for project-related communication, facilitating smooth information flow between team members and the Management.

• Coordinating Project based Inspections notification to customers • Ontime updating of Project status and reports to the Management.

• Co-ordinating with internal team such as Purchase, Production for the material manufacturing status.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any Trade.

2. Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Project coordination or related role.

3. Can speak, write and understand Chinese and English language.

4. Knowledge on Microsoft Project/Primavera or any Project Management Software and Tools is an added advantage
