Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Management Coordinator located in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves coordinating daily fleet management operations, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring implementation of predictive maintenance schedules, and addressing customer inquiries or issues. The Fleet Management Coordinator will oversee operational processes, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting in the company’s fleet management system. The role also includes training end users on solutions and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fleet logistics and the local automotive market.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Arabic, Urdu, and English (verbal and written).

Experience: Proven experience in fleet management or logistics within the UAE market.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, inspection standards, and fleet management software.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
