Our client, a leading entertainment industry in the UAE is looking for an Operations Manager for their operations in Dubai.
Job Description:
Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve optimum results through planning and execution
Manage F&B Operations
Implementing marketing campaigns and value added offers in the venue
Oversee events and catering
Write a weekly performance schedule that optimizes revenue and guest satisfaction
Review financial numbers utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
To implement strategies to ensure the venue is operating at the highest level and ensure occupancy is maximized
To create an engaging environment in line with company’s core values and ensure 100% commitment to customer safety and satisfaction
To manage the operational performance of the venue through full accountability for Sales and Profit management.
Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around)
Ensure that regular, continual, two-way communication occurs regarding performance and development
Key Requirements:
Guest service experience and operational execution experience in a fast paced environment
Proficient computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel)
Working ability to perform and lead all management and operation functions
Ability to listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests in a high volume setting
Proven ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision
Analytical, planning and problem solving skills

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
