Description

Job Summary

1. Administer and manage MT5 servers and related infrastructure.
2. Create and manage trading groups, symbols, spreads, commissions, leverage, and margin settings.
3. Monitor trading activities, exposure, and risk across client accounts.
4. Integrate and maintain liquidity provider bridges, plugins, and APIs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the MT5 platform.
6. Conduct regular server maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
7. Manage user permissions and roles for internal teams.
8. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and regulators (e.g., SCA).
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in audits.
10. Collaborate with CRM, IT, Compliance, and Back-office teams for smooth operations.
11. Provide technical support to internal teams regarding platform-related queries.

1. Proven experience as an MT5 Administrator in a forex brokerage.
2. Strong understanding of MetaTrader 5 architecture (admin, manager, dealer, data feeds).
3. Hands-on experience with bridges, liquidity providers, and risk management tools.
4. Knowledge of SCA or other regulatory frameworks is a plus.
5. Familiarity with server management (Windows Server, SQL databases, networking).
6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
8. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in MT5 administration.
• Technical certifications in server or database administration (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in Forex / CFD brokerage
