Description

Responsibility:

• Supervise daily MEP activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical works.
• Allocate tasks to technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC teams.
• Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Interpret and execute works based on approved MEP drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers for clarifications and technical support.
• Ensure correct installation of ducts, piping, cable trays, equipment, and panels.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings and local authority requirements.
