Job description

Should have at least 4 years of experienced as MEP Draughtsman in FITOUT company.
Prepare detailed and accurate MEP (Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical/FF&FA System/Plumbing) drawings using CAD & any software, adhering to project specifications and standards.
Electrical load calculations and others
Preparation of shop/detail drawings and As-Built drawings
Preparation of MEP coordination drawings and load Schedules
Proficiency in using MEP drafting software (AutoCAD, etc.)
Use computer-aided design software to create 2D technical drawings
Strong understanding of MEP systems, components, and terminology
Previous experience in drafting for MEP projects within the contracting sector
Knowledge of relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.
Collaborate with Supervisor/Engineers and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into comprehensive technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Generate and update documentation, including equipment schedules, material lists, and construction details.
Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate MEP systems within the overall project design.
Conduct field visits as necessary to verify existing conditions and gather relevant data for drafting purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Draughtsman Requirements
4yrs of minimum MEP draftsman experience with AutoCAD software and experience in Construction/Fit out company.
Maths skills and attention to detail
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
Draughtsman Qualifications
The education and qualifications for a Draughtsman job description might include the following:
A Diploma, Associate’s Degree/Civil Engineer
Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
