Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Daily Inspection of factory, laboratories, office building, Utility unit equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
• Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
• Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
• Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
• Training with co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
• Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with industrial utility systems (e.g., HVAC, compressors, pumps).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Skilled in mechanical repairs, adjustments, and equipment optimization.
• Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness:
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental compliance regulations.
• Experience conducting inspections and reporting hazards or irregularities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to heat, noise, and machinery.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing hands-on technical work.
