Description

Initiate timely market research studies and surveys as well as analyzing their findings to identify potential markets for our services.

Support and facilitate development and implementation of Marketing programs in liason with other stakeholders to support the business
Develop and maintain marketing database of patients’ information, mailing list, competitors' information, etc…
Work with Operational Team to plans for short term and long term Marketing projects that requires internal implementation of policies and procedures.
Plan and organize the Hospital's participation in, scientific conferences and health campaigns. As well as planning and executing any Marketing Activity that increases the facility’s visibility in the Market.
Continually liaise with external medical professionals in the market to ensure the smooth running of the Hospital's Visiting Doctors program and external referrals process.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for scheduled Television, Radio, Newspapers and other PR programs for the promotion of healthcare in the community
Oversee and coordinate with the party responsible for the day to day marketing campaigns including digital campaigns, website updates, social media management and search engine optimization and
Actively maintain close liaison with other department Heads regarding internal & external projects.
Identify, develop and accurately evaluate marketing strategy, based on the organization's objectives and marketing plan.
Effectively establish and foster an efficient team approach to the management of daily departmental functions.
Actively organize and attend departmental meetings
Readily perform other managerial functions as directed by the CEO.
Provide brand guidance and direction to ensure consistent alignment of brand standards and usage.
Review all creative materials with a detailed and strategic eye to ensure they are error-free, on-brand and align with the goals of the brief.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
