A leading Real Estate company is looking to hire experienced Leasing Officer for their Residential and Commercial properties.

Job Location – Dubai

Industry – Real Estate

Job Role –

• Responsible for all leasing activities, developing quarter leasing plans, screening new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants.

• Follow-up with all prospective clients to assess/re-assess their needs and requirements.

• Achieving the leasing targets set by the Management and maximizing income in line with the business plan of the company.

• Develop comprehensive marketing materials, promotional emails, rental offers, online marketing and flyers to advertise all available properties

• Completing all lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.

• Handling telephone calls and taking care of customer service

• Preparing EJARI and other documentation works for the leased properties

Preferred area of Leasing specialization:

Residential: Al Wasl, Jumeira, Satwa and Bur Dubai

Commercial: Umm Ramool, Gharoud

Job Qualifications and Experience-

• 5 to 8 proven years of experience in leasing, Residential Units;

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

• Proactive, forward-thinker and team leader.

• Real estate marketing experience is a Must

• Should have knowledge of the DLD, RERA rules and Ejari Procedures

• Must have a valid UAE DL
