Job Title/Role: Business Analyst(Learning & Development) from Education Industry.

Base Location: Kenya & Nigeria(need candidates from India who can relocate to Kenya or Nigeria)

Education: MBA /Bachelors or master’s in social work (preferably commerce graduates)

Experience: 2-5 Yrs working in Skilling sector

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting/ analysing Business development and Operations activities. He/ She would be working closely with stakeholders in Finance/ Marketing/ BD at India and with Operations and BD teams in Africa. He/ She would be responsible for project progress and financial reporting/ compliances and BD Proposals creation and processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Essential Attributes

• 2-5 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development (Specifically Skilling Sector) *

• Proficiency in MS Office (specially excel and ppt) *

• Experience of Project Coordination, Reporting*

Desirable Attributes

• Bachelor or master’s degree

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Good organizational and time-management skill

Key responsibilities:

• Timely preparation, processing of proposals.

• Daily/ weekly processing and reporting on Project Financials.

• Follow-up and close requirements with all stakeholders.

• Any operational support to BD/ Project teams.

• Client interface wherever required.

• Facilitate and participate in the proposal walk-throughs with the client.

• Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.

• Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery/Operation team, Finance team and HR team to come up with a competitive proposal response.

• Drive collaboration across teams from different service lines and functions for proposal response.

• Facilitate reviews with Leadership team with respect to proposal progress/ timelines.
