Dourado Auto Cars, a leading automotive company in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Garage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the car garage, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan and schedule repair and maintenance tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs and services to ensure high standards are met.
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, provide estimates, and address any concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts usage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive repair and maintenance facility, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of car mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including the use of automotive diagnostic software.
