Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hypermarket Staff. As a Hypermarket Staff member, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering their queries, and assisting with product selections.
   
2. Sales Floor Management: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are properly displayed, and promotional materials are set up.
3. Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash drawers.
4. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, restock items, and report any discrepancies or issues.
5. Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including aisles, shelves, and restrooms.
6. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient store operations and a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
