Description
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate or property-related office administration
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and record accuracy.
- Coordinate with the PRO for visa applications, renewals, and related processes.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and expense tracking.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other internal communications.
- Support management in onboarding, staff coordination, and communication.
- Maintain and update the company CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and manage active records and contracts with developers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or coordination within the real estate industry (HR/recruitment experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and documentation handling.
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
