Description

Preferred: Filipina, Indian Males with UAE work exp of atleast 2 years   

Notice period: Max 30 days  

List of Responsibilities: 

 

1. Company travel arrangements: - ticket bookings, hotel & visa 

2. Assists the HR Management in recruitment process: Interviews, Advertising job vacancies  

3. Employees visa monitoring & processing 

4. Monitoring & Processing of all employees ID’s as required in the business:- Brinks ID, Dafza ID, Security ID, Emirates ID etc. 

5. Process arrangements & coordination for Security Guards training: DPS & PSBD 

6. Company vehicle tracking: - Registrations renewals, Petrol Card registrations 

7. Process company insurances: - Medical Insurance, Vehicle Insurance; Property insurance etc. 

8. Issue DAFZA gate pass 

9. Procurements: - Pantry Suppliers, Office Stationeries, Packing Materials, Printings, Uniforms & etc. 

10. Provide bank details of new joiners to Finance for payroll purposes 

11. Prepares Letters & Correspondences:- Memos, Salary Certificates & etc 

12. Monitors office maintenance for all Dubai branches 

13. Employees Annual Leave ticket tracking 

14. Assist in Passport tracking & releasing 

15. Documents filing:- Employees personal files, HR-Admin files & Business related files 

16. Arrange company Rent-A-Car 

17. Process Employee Entry & & Exit to company transactions: Joining & cancellations 

18. Releasing of Office & pantry supplies to all Dubai branches 

19. Applications for Lease & Trade License renewals 

20. Closing of Invoice & LPO’s related to HR & Admin transactions 

21. Weekly update of progress report to HR 

22. Any other tasks related to HR & Admin

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require indian, company, travel, hotel, visa, management, recruitment, advertising, monitoring, processing, security, process, coordination, vehicle, medical, property, insurance, issue, pantry, office, finance, payroll, salary, maintenance, dubai, leave, tracking, passport, documents, personal, business, entry, exit, trade, license, renewals, closing, transactions, progress mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 4k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.

ASMACS Support Service is one of the associated offices of ASMACS -- this was established in mid-80’s by Mr. Dev Mohanty, who is an Electrical Engineer by profession. Primary business objective of ASMACS was to service the shipping industry by providing qualified and experienced Officers and Crew for vessels ranging from Oil Tankers to Offshore fleet.
