Recruitment Service Executive:
- Job Responsibilities: Identifying, screening, and recruiting suitable candidates for our clients' job vacancies. Conducting interviews, checking references, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Required Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to speak two additional languages fluently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Good knowledge of recruitment strategies and methods.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
