We are looking for a Work-from-home HR Administrative Executive to undertake all administrative tasks and hiring activities from advertising vacancies to interviewing candidates.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment (Offer Letter), Certificate of Employment, Experience Letter and Payroll processing,
- Ensure the relevant ERP System (HR database) is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation (e.g Employment Visa, Signed Offer Letter, Employee Details Form and etc.) to GDrive Folder
- Establishing/Updating Employee Code of Conduct and Employee Directory
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Create reports for C-Levels and Management
- Assist recruiter in end to end recruitment process (posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes)
- University or College Degree
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- 4-6 Years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge in implementing training programs,
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn
- Tech-savvy and can effectively multi-task
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must have his/her own desktop/laptop and a strong internet connection at home.
- Working days: 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday
- Expected Start Date: ASAP
