Description
The incumbent would be required to manage the entire scope of facilities management including MEP/ hard services, soft services and security, general minatenance, HVAC, as well as managing external vendors and suppliers.
• MEP – Knowledge mandatory ( Able to read auto cad
drawings )
• Electrical – Knowledge of electrical load calculations and
scheduling.
• A/C – AHU maintenance knowledge .
• Would have handled operations technical details related to
CCTV – PA system and security system.
• Sound knowledge related to civil works ( Plumbing etc)
Ideal candidate has to have MEP Experience in a retail set up. A local driving licence is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have mechanical engineering graduate or equivalent. qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require scope, facilities, management, soft, general, auto, load, maintenance, operations, technical, system, security, sound, civil, plumbing, retail, local, driving mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
