Description

Candidate should be immediately available to join.

Carry out day-to-day functions of sales (in those territories assigned to you) either independently or in conjunction with other Sales Consultants. This includes buying and/or selling properties for the clients.

Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities for residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

To list and to market the properties in the CRM system and keep it up to date.

Reviewing property listings, visiting property sites with prospective clients, discussing legal circumstances of the sale and examining Real Estate contracts.

Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.

Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the Advertising of properties.

Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and personal visits.

Review property listings, trade journals and relevant literature and attend conventions, seminars and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.

Professionally handle assigned areas. Handle independently customer inquiries and generate new leads.

Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings. Solicit and compile listings of available sales properties.

Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.

Locate and appraise undeveloped areas for building sites, based on evaluations of area market conditions.

Compare a property with similar properties that have been recently sold to determine its competitive market price.

Conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques.

Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.

Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.

Secure construction or purchase financing with own firm or mortgage company.

Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.

Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.

Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.

Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.

Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.

Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated, generally representing one or The other. Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

Appraise properties to determine loan values.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
