Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the executive's agenda & assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls, & redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents & ensure its security.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements, & assist with bookkeeping.
  • Monitor office supplies & negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized & easily accessible.
  • Conduct research & prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • We are searching for an experienced executive secretary to assist our new branch office in Dubai. You will be responsible for organizing & maintaining the executive's schedule, as well as assisting them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Job Specification

Theago M S (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Executive Secretary in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require proficient in ms office, “proficient in back-office” software, knowledge of office management, technical vocabulary, reporting techniques, basic accounting procedures, time-management, multitasking skills., research, presentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
