**Job Title**: Data Entry Specialist for IATA Travel & Technology


**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our business at IATA Travel & Technology. The candidate will be responsible for managing QuickBooks, maintaining our CRM system, processing invoices, and other accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, financial software, and general accounting operations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Process invoices
- Perform regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Handle customer and supplier communications regarding invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Manage any other administrative tasks related to accounting and finance.

**Requirements**:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
