We are seeking a highly motivated and exemplary individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides day-to-day leadership to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment that supports achieving the Department’s and the District’s mission, objectives and values
  • Ensure all customer phone calls, emails etc. are handled in an accurate and timely manner including complaints, order issues and resolving customers concerns.
  • Directly reporting to the CLT and Corporate Sales Manager and assisting in meetings, presentations and reports to discuss about areas of concerns in the Customer Service department.
  • Monitors daily customer service activities and team output.
  • Creates customer service procedures, processes and analytic reports
  • Maintains the daily schedule to ensure complete coverage for our customer base
  • Plans and implements work programs and customer service activities: modifies departmental procedures and processes; creates quality assurance tools to ensure completion, quality and timeliness
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent or higher
  • Proven work experience in Customer Service and proficient knowledge in office procedures and practices.
  • Proven track record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance-driven KPIs communication skills, both written and in verbal.
  • People management and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
