Callison Inc. is a fast-growing business VOIP company based out of New York City providing hosted PBX and Unified Communications. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a proven track record, to join our team!

You will be responsible for responding to routine and complex customer inquiries via Phone, email and/or web chat. You must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a high-performance team that is success-driven. Job responsibilities:
· Quickly answer customer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
· Deliver exceptional service to our customers by going out of their way to please them
· Provide first call resolution, while following strict procedures that meet compliance guidelines
· Identify and offer customers the products and services that they need by quoting prices, negotiating with a customer, and closing deals
· Maintaining CRM database and preparing accurate reports
Specific qualifications for this role include:
· Customer service experience (preferably on Software/SaaS/Telecom) of 3 years or more.
· Experience with customer survey driven (CSAT) accounts
· Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information.
· Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Analytical and time-management skills
· Ability to work shifting schedules.
· Ability to work during weekends and holidays.
